"a"=offense "b"=defense

hello,
"a" throws in ball with 3.4 seconds and the ball hits the rim before hitting a player, should the clock start on the hit of the rim or when the player touches of the player?
thanks

If the ball is thrown in by a bounce pass, should the clock start when the ball bounces or should it start when a player touches the ball?

ANSWER: Clock starts when the ball is touched by a player on the court.
