Shot clock violation? Or play on?
NCAA-M. A1's try is an air ball, and after it passes the rim, but before it touches any other player, the shot clock buzzer sounds. Immediately afterward B1 controls the ball and throws an outlet pass.
Should the crew blow this dead and award the ball to B OOB? Or should they allow B to play on since they immediately secured the "rebound"?
