I have a question on a ncaa shot clock violation. How many seconds is the offense allowed to either hit the rim or score before a collegiate shot clock violation occurs? I said 30 seconds, my son said it isn't that long, that it is like 25 or 28. So am I right, or is it even longer like 35?
Thanks for any help. JB |
