I saw the whole game including this play about 10 times. The first time I saw it live, I thought it was a good block. However, after seeing it back it was definitely a foul. The officials only get one chance and I think Shipp's play on the shooter was so quick it was difficult to tell live if it was clean. It does seem like UCLA has been getting the long end of the stick at the end of games this season.
