I've used it, and I've never had a problem with it.
It does take a lot of work to strip the old polish off the shoes, though. I switched to something else (Shape up?) this year -- and it's much easier to apply, but it doesn't look as good (imo) and doesn't last as long. I'll need to reapply it to the shoes soon (after about 1/2 season), while the LL shoes look as good as new after 2 seasons. |

The easiest thing I have found to get a good shine on your shoes is
buy the Lincoln Brand Shoe polish, wipe lightly on shoes, get a heat gun doing and go over the top orf the polish with it You get a great shine in just a couple of minutes. |

I second the Lincoln Polish recommendation - available at most military clothing sales or shoe repair shops. Used it for many yrs - soft, goes on easily, shines well. But, I imagine there are many other variables involved in which brand of polish works best with what brand of shoes.
