True, true. But having not seen the play, I dunno where the ball was, whether it had a chance to go in, if the shot had ended, when B2 got hit, or how bad the contact was. I was just making postutilization possibilities of how the official were thinking.

That's not even true. In fact, there is an airborne shooter rule in NCAA Mens. The rule is just different. He can't commit a PC foul. The rest of the rule reads the same though. He is still in the act of shooting until returning to the floor and if fouled during such time would be awarded FTs.
