Thanks - I took a lazy look at 2006-07 but did not see anything that direct. It's also amazing the collection of rule's knowledge on this forum!

The problem is these players - at the college level - are what the high school players and coaches see - and then they act that way and the rule is different. IMO that is certainly unsportsmanlike - taking off your shirt.
