Washington/UCLA Scoring Error
UCLA calls a timeout with 4:05 remaining in the 1st half. As they go to commercial, scoreboard shows Washington leading 23-20. When they return from the break, it's 25-20, and the first words from Kevin Harlan, one of the announcers is that "There was a scoreboard issue here at the pavilion, and the actual score was 25-20." The only issue was that the scoreboard person for CBS hadn't put the last basket before the timeout up on the board.
Also in this game, there was a great intentional foul call against UCLA with about 2:10 left in the first half. Lorenzo Mata lost the ball down in the key and basically tackled the Washington player that came away with the ball.
