The arm closest to the division line is the outside arm. I cut it short, one and one is shown on both hands. That's what I get for writing a quick reply without as much thought as I should put in.

Why isn't the arm closest to the end line the outside arm? It's farther away, isn't it?

Btw, I don't that's fair anyway. Does the SPCOA know about this?

Our camp said "outside" arm is the one afurther from the scorers table.
