Yeah, when you say all free-throw mechanics, you are being too vague. Do you mean at the C (trail in two-man) or do you mean at the lead before bouncing the ball? I agree about what you are saying at the C, but I'm with Dan. How do you signal 1&1 with the outside arm?

When in the slot (3-man)/trail (2-man) I use the each arm extended out from my side/2-index finger technique. When administering the free throws I use the Steve Dallas "secret devil sign" technique.
