From my time lurking and observing here, I'd say that a broad defintiion of game management would be: "knowing your stuff, and actively demonstrating you know your stuff". Othjer posters have gone into more detail as to examples.
Another example might be knowing when to warn a player for throwing the ball at the floor in digust (CYO) versus giving the Big T (HS and above). ![]()
