Simultaneous, but not at the same time
Called a travel tonight for a poorly executed jump stop. At half time the offender asked me about the call. It went something like this:
Me: If you're going to jump stop, your feet need to land simultaneously Him: Yeah, of course. But not at the same time. Me: Huh? Him: I get it. The feet have to land simultaneously. But they don't have to land at the same time. Hard to argue with logic like that.

The interpretation in my neck of the woods is that if the feet land so close after one another, it is still legal.
Like a Bam-Bam. That's ok. Bam------------Bam would be a travel.
