Two opposing players tussle after whistle is blown. Crew decides to give both T's. What is the procedure of events which happens next??

No free throws. T on each player. Alternate possession for throw in at the division line. Summary of Penalties for all Fouls.

Here is one for you to chew on:

Player A is fouled hard going to the basket. Intentional foul called. When reporting the foul, Player A goes after fouler who is standing by the coach who is going to substitute for him. Official intercepts Player A. Calls T on him. Now what?

Player A shoots 2.

Team B shooter shoots 2.

Team B gets the ball at the division line.

False double foul! I had one a couple of weeks ago. A1 fouls B1 off ball while trying to gain position. After the whistle, B1 pushes A1 in the back.
