NCAA-M Team Foul
Team B is in the Bonus. Team A has control of the ball and is called for a Pushing Foul (Team Control Foul). Does Team B shoot Free Throws?
Per NFHS rules, Team B WOULD NOT shoot free throws. With about 1:10 remaining in the Clemson v Baylor. Clemson completes a Throw-in. A Clemson player has control of the ball at the Free Throw line. A Baylor player knocks the ball out from the hands of the Clemson player. Clemson player fouls the Baylor player while going for the ball. Under NFHS rules, Baylor does not shoot free throws |

It is actually a loose ball foul by definition. The NCAA changed the rule a few years ago and said to call those and shoot the FTs.
