The question isn't asking if it's a "Designated Spot Throw", its just saying the spot where the ball will be inbounded for the following is closest to where it took place. Isn't it?

Sometimes you have to wonder about the people writing the NFHS tests.Here at least in volleyball and I would assume the same holds true in basketball the exam is poured over with a fine tooth comb and edited.If a question cannot be edited to the point where it is a fair question the answer is given to the group as a free question.Most years there are about 4/5
