FED ejection, Proper or not? (2)

The penalty for unsporting conduct is ejection. FED 3-3-1 PENALTY says that the umpire MAY warn before ejecting, but a warning is not required.

The umpire obviously judged that the pitch was intentional. I won't second guess that. His action was within the rules.
