I have to agree, unless you can cite a rule that backs up your call, then DON"T make the call. Thinking that you know the rules, and actually knowing the rules is gonna create a lot of problems for you.

HIT THE BOOKS BABY and you will not only "Walk the Walk" but, before long you will be able to "Talk the Talk." And believe me, after many many years , I am still learning .
