It's amazing how many umpires gripe on how things are done in LL but haven't done LL. It's a whole different world from other youth ball.
There's a discussion going on at umpire.org about curfew and tournament rules. My DA said that the tournament rules kick in for any game played after June 15, is that your understanding?
