Possible SEC Tourney Rainout?

LSU/GA playing elimination game in SEC tournament. Rain is pouring into Hoover, Alabama and the status of the field is already questionable before gametime. LSU goes on to score 7 in the start of a very rainy part of a long half-inning. The GA pitcher can't buy an out. The Crew Chief then allows the ground crew out on the field to touch it up before the 3rd out is made. Georgia players are standing in the rain watching the ground crew. The manager pulls his team into the dugout. The umpires then decide not to camp under the rain and head for cover. The ground crew has to be out there for about 15 minutes, playing in the huge infield mud pie. This game would not continue under normal circumstances.

How would you rule, A) Continue game from bottom of 1st or B) start game over?

Tarp has covered the field in the top of the 1st , 2 out, and LSU leading 7-0.
Two hour rain delay.
