Memorial weekend, 14U's.Sunken field built on a hill, RF side has sidewalk and street rising upoutside fence. Great vantage point. Well, we got this guy sitting there just railing on me(I got the sacks)Not over calls, but mechanics! First hit of game is dying liner to F9, I go out on it. He starts popping off that I got the runner, not the ball. Then it gets all too funny,"Hey look, he's got a cowboy buckle on his belt(no, Davis patent leather), "he's a rookie". Between innings I go to short right, "Look, he's scared of us!!" Then I get a "Don't get no rabbitt ears, I'll give ya sumpin to be blue about".
Home teams FBC asks me if I want the TD to go tell him to quiet down, "Hell no, you'll just get more!!" He left after 3 innings, come to find out, I was not the only one...musta been his "mission from ???" for the weekend
