3 Man rotation

1) PU follows same rules as for 2-person.

2) If someone goes out, revert to 2-person.

3) If no one goes out, look to your left. (a)If there's an empty base, run toward it -- rotation. (b) If there's not an empty base, reverse rotate.

Those three rules will cover 95% of the situations.
