I am not sure if this is even a serious post. How can it be answered? The CCA manual for MOST assoc. is probably the best advice. In the GBL we use a modified 3 man rotation that leaves the PU home MOST times, but that's a different clinic altogether. If you are truly asking about rotations AFTER attending, maybe you should wait and avoid 3 man until you can attend again.
