Thanks, Steve. I typed "Regalos de beisbol" in google - I guess spelling counts, huh?
Fortunately, he can check out this site. Unfortunately, he can't just buy a copy in rule book form like we can. Of course, he could print it all out. But I also wonder how up to date this copy is - after years of virtually no changes to the rules, there were a few in '08. I'll pass it along to him anyway, and also mail him an English version -

JJ,

Yes, you were looking for "baseball gifts."

The rules are the older version. I went straight to rule 8.04 and it lists 20 seconds for the pitcher to pitch, which of course is the old rule.
