As another poster stated earlier two of the umpires involved, I know personally and I would work any game, anytime, in any city with them and/or for them.

So, until we get there (if we ever get there), use the plays as learning tools, topics for pregame, or teaching topics. Not the other stuff.

I saw the play on a rebroadcast of the game and my initial thought was, "do you think he thought he was working 3rd base"? He seemed disoriented to me and to emphatically make such a mistake.
