So, if someone tries to cheat by standing out of the box, what next Mr. Umpire shooter?

Tell the batter to move forward. Pretty simple.

As far as the asst.'s statement, it depends on how many games I've done on this day. If it's my 2nd or 3rd game of the day, if it's really hot, he's done. If not, he's on ignore.
