I would not get that "package". You can get some quality merchandise on Ebay, or you can get a package from some suppliers such as Honigs or Gerry Davis. As Waltjp stated, the hard shell protector is the way to go. Do not skimp on the cp. You can cut costs on some things, but get a good cp and plate shoes.
