I was at that game last night, Mississippi Braves/Chattanooga Lookouts. It actually lasted a lot longer than the video, about 20 minutes.

I think he meant the crowd was bored . They needed to have their "flat time" spiced up a bit. Instead of a 7th inning stretch they got a 7th inning broohaha.
