By the way, I balked a pitcher for moving toward the plate, then turning to second. Bob P

i guess i should clarify. if a right hander spins left, while not stepping off and throws to second, i'll balk him. Basically it's a balk for moving towards home without throwing. same goes for a left hander spinning right. Rare, but it happens.
