Tie breaker
Was doing a tournament some people I had not met before and in the dressing room on an off game, a fellow related this story... It was a new one on me had me chuckling the rest of the day....
 So, it's a tie breaker situation. Top of the 10th... Visitors place the runner at second and score her. Inning ends. Home team puts a runner on second and visiting team comes out. He claims that the score is no longer tied so the home team can not put a runner on second!!!!  OMG
