How many times have you seen the runner have contact with F3 just past 1B or F6 just past 2B?

Many, but not usually hindering the approach to that base.

Lots, but those don't necessarily answer his question. Contact with F3 just past first base is OBS between 1st and 2nd 100% of the time (ditto F6 and between 2nd and 3rd).

What he is asking, though, is whether a runner can be obstructed on her way to FIRST, by a fielder beyond first base.

Answer - yes (and the OP, without all the questions about F3, is a good example).
