Wasn't sure if you were ragging on the TH's because they said this rule is different, when it's not, or because ISF doesn't have this rule.
As far as I learned, ISF requires both feet to be completely inside the box prior to the start of the pitch (on the line is allowed) (4.3.c).

The batter is out "when his foot is completely outside the lines of the batter's box when he makes contact with the ball" - 4.6.d
