Since I don't have a clue what the NFHS football rule for eye-black is, I answered "no opinion" on this question.

That was the only one that I found to be "unanswerable".....

by the way,...what is the NFHS football rule for eye-black?

In summary, has to be worn as intended, lines under your eyes. Not like war paint with crazy designs all over your face.
