ASA July 2011 Plays and Clarifications
ASA released its July 2011 Plays and Clarifications, touching on a few of the things brought up here.

Dave I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views! Screw green, it ain't easy being blue! I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

It was interesting to see the "errant throw/double base" interpretation, apparently spurred by my email to KR earlier this summer.
What they published is the same thing he sent me in his reply back in June. I was kind of hoping that he'd change his mind after he had some time to think about it!
