There you go, the reason for the 1-1 count. HIT THE BALL!!!

Those 48 straight balls produced 12 walks. That tournament now uses a 1-1 count, so 48 straight balls would produce 16 walks today.

I was once BU in a SP game in which I had no calls. Zero. Maybe with a couple of those swinging teams, I'd have a chance at a zero-call game as PU.
