1 batter awarded first base on HBP twice, on consecutive pitches

This was only one of the strange things in 1 of my 5 games Saturday.

Batting order is 8, 1, 7. 8 singles. 7 comes to the plate and is HBP. She goes to first, Coach appeals BOO, we pull her off the base, call 1 out, and 7 back to the plate, whereupon she gets nailed by the first pitch, in about the same spot.

Same game - pitcher is removed from the game by coach/dad after 2 or 3 batters. She is sent to first, and suddenly coach is directing traffic.. apparently this particular pitching change - in the first inning - required about 7 people to change positions. While he's doing this, 3BC suggests that "looks like everyone's switching - you wanna coach 3rd and I'll umpire? Anyway, pitcher throws her last pitch and we realize there's no first baseman. I call time and start walking forward and see that F3 left through the OTHER team's dugout and was leaving the field (these are 14 year olds). Next thing, I hear Team Mom slash pitcher's mom slash coach's wife cursing the coach/dad loudly. Before I have a chance to get over and eject, she's leaving on her own. 10 seconds later coach leaves too, leaving us all just staring at each other.

Game also had an IFF triple play. Caught practically on 2nd base - R2 had run halfway to third. I call the 2nd out, 1BC tells R3 she's out, and she leaves the field and enters the dugout. 3 outs.
