I have a question. Where is the lead off batter required to stand while the pitcher is warming up inbetween innings? Is there a difference between FED and ASA??

Got this at one of our clinics this year. Not sure if it is in the book though but the lead off hitter should be in her own on deck circle while the pithcer is warming up.
