I think I kicked one tonight... dang!

Church league slo-pitch.

Two outs, runners on 3rd and 2nd.

Batter hits grounder to F6. Runner from third breaks for home, runner from second breaks for third and finds F6 w/ the ball. He retreats towards second base.

I've come up the third base line to get a view. Initially I thought throw to 1B for 3rd out. Runner from third passes me about 20 feet from home. F6 now chasing runner back to second and applies a tag. I have a tag/out, and look at runner who has crossed the plate.

Initially I announced that the run counted, then reversed that. I didn't know where BR was when the third out was made since I was watching the two advanced runners.

Since the play on the runner from second was not a force out, and the runner from 3B scored before he was tagged, I'm thinking the run should have scored.

I believe I had it right the first time, and then probably overthought it.

The run turned out not to mean anything in a 19 to 4 game. [The guys w/ 19 were shortchanged.]

You didn't kick anything. R2 was not a forced runner.
