Int. Tie-Breaker with auto Out

Shewww, here's the deal.

Team A is short a player, so they play and take the extra out whenever that player comes up to bat.

The game is tied, and goes into ITB. However, Team A last batter was the automatic out.

So who do you allow to go to second to start the inning? Or is it Game over? Or does noone go to second?
