More stupid jewelry

NFHS rules. At the plate meeting, "Coaches are your players legally, and properly equipped?"

Coach one, "Yes." Coach two, " Yea."

I look at coach two pointing to the two captains standing next to her, "Coach, this player has ear rings, that player has barrettes." then I look to the dugout, "And number six has on more jewelry than a department store."

The two captains start to remove the illegal items and the coach says with a head nod to her dugout, "Oh, she doesn't play."

I looking at the line up see her name and number in the the 'underworld' listed as a sub.

So here is my question ... Does not playing count for warming up? Nonplaying number six threw balls to the out fielder every half inning, she acted as bat girl and ball gofer all game long. Should see be required to remove her jewelry too? Does that count as a warning?
