The only rule book that got cut down was the one that used to have the code in it. It went to teams, commissioners, etc. Now all the extra they get is the whole list of tournaments for this year, next year, and the next year. They have to go online for the code.
And no, I don't know why treehugging got fashionable in OKC...

Ummm....obviously you aren't from around these parts, or you wouldn't have found that all that funny. Have you ever seen what Texans and Oklahomans call trees? In the Carolinas they are often referred to as bushes.
