NCAA rule book and umpire manual

Can I go online to purchase a NCAA rulebook and umpire manual? Two years ago I ordered a rulebook online and downloaded the umpire manual. My college assignor said I need to purchase a rulebook (which I knew) and I needed to purchase the umpire manual also this first year and then get the updates from then on. I can't find where I ordered the rulebook from. Dave

There are links there to take you to the NCAA wesite. Or you can go direct to the NCAA website and click through Spring Sports to umpire information. Last years manual is there. New updates will not be available until Feb. The NCAA rule book can be downloaded there or you can order copies of the rule book from the NCAA site.
