Why not? AFAIC, if you are an umpire, even as a player or coach, you are still a member of the association and questionable behavior that may bring an unfavorable view of the association should be addressed with some sort of action even if just a reprimand.

Reprimand hell, we congratulated em. The umpire who went so far overboard has been one of the banes of our existence in many ways in SP...which we might not like, but here (like almost everywhere) SP pays the bills. It's all a very long story, but...no, no reprimands to the coaches.
