Effective Immediately for all NAFA Youth play including National Tournaments the following emergency ruling will be in effect regarding a player found wearing metal cleats which are illegal:

"In the event that a player or players are found to be in violation of the "no metal cleat rule", the umpire shall eject "BOTH" the 3rd base coach and the player(s) found to be wearing the illegal metal cleats for the remainder of that game. Once the first pitch is thrown this penalty will become effective for each game."
