Umpire way lost his cool. WAY out of line. They should have gotten rid of them both. I cant believe the umpire got a pass for the head but thing with the mask.

At first I thought this was sarcsm but now I'm thinking I missed something. I saw both umpires just ignoring him. What did you see?

The link Larry posted takes you to page 3 of the thread, where someone dug up the MiLB manager out of control video from last year. Go to the OP in that thread and watch the video. The umpire was wearing a HSM and left it on while he jammed it into the coach's face. The coach was going to be suspended for a year (but he resigned instead) and the umpire was not disciplined at all.

I think he might have just been "trying" to argue back... but I agree he has the responsibility for control of his mask and he had some fault in this.
