Coach makes contact with ball while attempting to get out of the way. The ball was overthrown and rebounded off the fence when it hit the coach. This might be the kicker...coach was out of the coaching box. Is this a dead ball?

In your situation, no interference. In general, unless the coach intentionally touches a thrown ball, you have nothing. The ball is alive and in play.

A base coach out of the coach's box. Will wonders never cease?
