I would have to imagine that somewhere along the line rosin was being transfered to the ball. When she would flip the bag into her glove you could see a white cloud poofing out!

Had to have powder in the glove and the ball would eventually be in that same glove.

No big deal, I guess. It just looked odd to see the pitcher doing that throughout the game. The only reason I though about it twice was from all the resin/rosin discussions we've had on these boards!
