rosin:3rd base
Fed game. Today between innings I noticed the 3rd baseman stick her hand in her pocket, pull out a rosin bag with her throwing hand for a second or so, then go back to throwing before the inning started. I didn't do anything because it was the last inning in a lopsided game and I wasn't really sure if there was a rule preventing it. 6-2-2 speaks of supervising the pitcher in her use of powdered resin. Is there anything in the rules about the other players?
