rule 5 section 8A EFFECT in the 2007 playingrulechanges (online at the ASA Softball .com) documents "on any over the fence home run in Men's Class D slowpitch classification, the batter is called out and the inning is over regardless of the number of outs prior to the over the fence home run".

Sounds like the ASA doesn't want any over the fence homeruns in Men's Class D slowpitch.
