I would say the answer is (a). ASA gives the answer as (c).

I don't have the 2007 book yet, but I can't believe that (c) is correct. Anybody know for sure?

Were did you find the answer sheet? I'd like to check my test.

I don't have the answer sheet. Our UIC got it from ASA.
