I'm glad to see someone bring this site back alive!
Anyway my answer would be live ball play on unless F9 was shallow enough to be in the infield at TOP according to 8-9-D states: When a runner is hit with a fair, untouched batted ball that has passed an infielder, excluding the pitcher, and in the judgement of the umpire no other INFIELDER had a chance to make an out EFFECT: Runner is not out JMHO Don
